After the contact form is filled out and sent to me, I will reply with three dates to meet up, chat details, and most importantly, see if we are a good fit! I only accept a limited number of weddings each year. This ensures that I give my couples the attention and time they deserve.
The consultation is a great time to really get to know each other! Don't be afraid to ask questions. I have photographed a lot of weddings and can help in a lot of different ways! This is also a great time to determine a rough timeline to see how many hours of coverage you may need the day of the wedding! (Don't worry, I can help with this as well.) Having photographed almost 100 weddings gives me great insight as to how much time each section of the day will take!
The Consultation

If we both decide that it is a great fit, we will go forward with booking!
You will receive an invoice (50% retainer) and a contract via email that can be signed and paid electronically. This is due 3 days after it is sent. If it is not paid within the 3 days, your date will then become available for the next couple in line.
Once paid and signed, I will then send you my Kacey Wyrick Photography Welcome Guide that has tips and tricks to help you along the wedding planning journey!
The Booking

Once booked and all ready to go, we will schedule your engagement session!
We will decide what time of year you want them done, what are some good outfit choices and also, what locations we would like to shoot at! I typically like at least 2 different locations for engagement sessions.
After the engagement session, I am available to all my couples via email or text/call to answer any questions or concerns they have along the way. I also specialize in custom timeline planning if you don't already have a wedding planner or coordinator.
The Planning Process

On the day of the wedding I will arrive 15 minutes early. I always do this to ensure I am 100% ready to go with all my gear at the start time of your paid coverage!
I ask that all my brides have all their details in a box ready for me when I arrive so I can just take it and shoot. I will also typically shoot getting ready images depending on the amount of coverage time!
I keep everyone on time according to the timeline throughout the day while still keeping a fun and stress free vibe for my couples! The planning is enough stress and I like to encourage my couples to 100% enjoy their wedding day! It's a no stress kind of day and the perfect day to celebrate their love for one another.
The Wedding Day

Within one week of the session or wedding, I will post previews on my social media for your viewing! If you would like these delivered in an early gallery, just let me know and I am happy to send them over.
Final delivery for weddings falls between 6-8 weeks. You will receive your photos in an online private gallery for you to digitally download your images. Depending on your package & a-la-carte items, you may also receive your photos in an album!
